Today I thought I would do a short and sweet post on my current favourite products. I have decided to stick to just three products this time, as these are currently my most used and loved possessions, and I didn't want to go overboard. First up is the Chanel, Chance perfume, which I received as a graduation gift. I have been lusting after this perfume for many months after testing a spritz of it in Debenhams when it first came out. I’m not normally a huge fan of Chanel perfumes, as to me their various scents appeal to an older, more sophisticated woman, however when Chanel brought out the utterly gorgeous pink Chance I just fell at the Knees. My mum has been using Chanel Chance for years, and so now we have this mother, daughter duo going on. This scent is very similar to the regular chance however it’s a touch more florally and sweet which is perfect for a younger woman. A quick spritz on the collarbone and wrist and this stuff will last you all day.
My second favourite product is my Topshop lipstick in Whimsical, I only picked this up last week yet I just cant stop wearing it. It was a throw-up between this one and Saint, however I think because this is a pinky nude it looks a lot more natural and complementary on the lips than a concealer type nude. The peachy pink hue to it just looks so subtle yet sweet on the lips, and because its a matte lipstick it applies well and lasts all day without having to re-apply.
My Final favourite is, again something I have been lusting after for many moons, and it is the MAC Pro long wear eye shadow in Uninterrupted. I think I first heard about this through Barbara (thepersianbabe) and Lily Melrose. This is just the perfect bronze eye shadow to go along your crease. I often love the look of a bronzer type colour on the lids as I think it looks so Smokey and yet also quite natural. This shade has quite a gorgeous burnt orange undertone to it and it works well applied all over the lid and under the eye to give off the full on Smokey yet natural look. Watch this space for a more in-depth- and picture fuelled post on this product.
